Ranjit heads
the GMS & Advent operations globally, and brings over
25 years of successful experience in managing and leading
companies in a wide range of businesses:- Agriculture &
Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Automobiles, Technology and Tourism.
Currently he is engaged as an investor, executive or in a
consulting role in the following Companies - Del Monte - Singapore
& Philippines, Lotus Arts De Vivre, Bangkok. In India
Groups like Tata Group, Bharti Tele-Ventures, Harvard Max
Healthcare, River Journeys & Bungalows of India and Wildgrass
Nature Lodges. In UK Groups like Netdecisions, Agilisys.
Over the years Ranjit has acquired and built skills around
innovation, facilitation and expectation management along
with business delivery and support. He pursued a career with
VST and ITC Limited before taking over as Founder Chief Executive
of Hutchison Max in Mumbai. In 1999, Ranjit left his career
as a professional executive to become an entrepreneur.
He has acquired extensive operational experience in diverse
geographic markets like India, South East Asia, Japan, Russia,
the Middle East, UK, Europe and USA.
Ranjit is a
graduate in Economics and has undertaken programmes to acquire
knowledge and learn various aspects of Management at IIM,
Ahmedabad, ASCI, Hyderabad and London Business School, London,
UK.

Dr.
Tarun Sahni New

| Tarun
is a co founder and Chief Executive of Advent . He is a postgraduate
medical doctor with over 2 decades of successful clinical
medical practice in India, UK and the Middle East.
Tarun has wide
exposure to healthcare administration and management both
within organizations and as Consultant. Some of his assignments
include planning and implementing one of the world's highest
altitude dives in the Himalayas, evolving a health care delivery
system in India / Delhi and develop criteria in designing
a tertiary care hospital. He successfully designed and implemented
a casualty evacuation and first aid training program for offshore
oil industry and commercial divers in the UAE, which is still
being followed.
He understands " IT In Health " and helped design
criteria for evaluating HIS packages, IT enabling a specialty
hospital in Abu Dhabi and customizing international software
for Indian requirements.
He introduced the concept, designed and operationalised India's
first private Hyperbaric Treatment Center at the Apollo Hospital
New Delhi, and currently heads this facility.
Tarun has been
Director Research and Training in the Indian Navy and attended
the Ambulatory Care Design and Management Course at Harvard.

Dipak

Dipak is responsible
for developing and guiding the Advent strategy, building deep
relationships with clients and ensuring that Advent delivery
is aligned to customer needs.
Through his experience, he has built skills in conceptualizing
and operationalising businesses, ranging from strategy formulation
to putting these businesses on the ground. Dipak has been
instrumental in operationalising several businesses such as
netdecisions in Asia, Agilisys in the UK and Marconi in India.
His experience encompasses a wide range of industries including
FMCG, telecommunications, technology and outsourcing. Till
recently, Dipak was with netdecisions, where he was responsible
for creating their business in Singapore and building client
relationships in Asia and UK.
Prior to netdecisions, Dipak was a senior consultant with
Monitor Company, a leading strategy consulting firm where
he spent 6 years advising clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
Dipak has extensive
knowledge of doing business in India, South East Asia, the
Far East, UK and USA. Dipak is currently Managing Director
of GMS , a Director in Advent Healthcare and River Journeys
& Bungalows of India (a tourist oriented business in India).
Dipak holds
an MBA from The George Washington University, Washington DC.

Satyajit comes in with an extensive experience
of over 17 years in IT and Management.
Satyajit
has extensive experience in designing Laboratory Management
Information System and earlier projects include Dr. Lal Path
Labs, Delhi, Dr Dang's Labs Delhi, Gangaram Hospital Delhi and
Apollo Hospital Delhi. He also created India's first website
which has found mention in Limca book of Records 2002.
Satyajit has extensive
experience in the Middle East , USA and India.
